Join us on Sunday, September 21 at Busse Woods in Elk Grove Village as we unite for a cause that touches millions. The Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research—and Lutheran Home is proud to be part of it.
