Our custom-developed Grace in Action culture program empowers team members through a recognized hospitality approach built on core values and continuing education, establishing the quality standards, collaborative behaviors and attitudes necessary to deliver exceptional service. Daily expectations are reinforced, recognized and rewarded through team huddles at the start of each shift. Team members are encouraged to take a breath, actively listen and consider the best course for making this day, a day that will be valued—creating a spirit of camaraderie while bolstering loyalty and retention. Grace in Action, our core philosophy, is inspired by the world’s leading hotel and service brands. Led by this, team members achieve the highest standards in everything they do. For spiritual health through Grace in Action, we employ full-time chaplains across our community.
